Planejamento estratégico situacional: um instrumento na atuação do profissional de enfermagem no território sanitário

Abstract

Health in Brazil has been following the process of reformulation of new health policies especially after the creation of the Unified Health System, consolidated through movements in search of democracy, demanding an expansion and accessibility of health collective character. The need to plan for increasingly demands the choice of the right kind of planning to run, considering the individual in full health within a territory and its interfaces. Currently the Situational Strategic Planning has been the most used considering its flexibility and division of responsibilities between health professionals, specifically nurses and their team and community of the territory covered in his unit. This approach reinforces the concept of empowerment, where the individual takes on the responsibility to develop strategies aimed at improving concrete existence within his own environment.
