dc.description.abstract | Quality of life is the need to recognize early indicators, objectives and subjectives, from the very context of practice and professional perception of the area about their work. Promote the well-being of the health professional results in great importance to promote the overall health of the worker, taking into consideration their professional environment and hospital context, making improves in the communication between professionals, relieving tensions and improving their quality of life at work. This is a study of literature review descriptive, exploratory and quantitative in the period of August to November 2011, with the objective of provide a literature review of the quality of life in nursing work with emphasis on the evaluation of world health organization (WHOQOL-100). The collection and analysis of references does not set the interval of time, with publications in the database Virtual Library for Health (BVS), Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo), Google Scholar, Digital Library of Theses Dissertation of USP, COFEN. In methodological path were found 804 references and being used 47 among which can be divided into the following categories: 32 (68,08%) in national journals, two (4.25%) in english, private collections three (6,38%).There was, in this review the important to provide the nurse an environment enjoyable, for a better implementation and care for the patient, always aiming at the quality of life of workers, improving their health and reducing absenteeism. | pt_BR |
